What We Want:
As the Director of Association Development, you have at least 7 years of leadership/supervisory experience. You are a well-rounded team player with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree. You have an analytical mind, experience with budgeting oversight, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal Director of Association Development enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
As the Director of Association Development, you will be responsible for the development and management of multiple revenue-producing programs and projects within the organization. The Director of Association Development will create and monitor budgets, establish performance metrics, and oversee day-to-day operations of numerous programs. The Director of Association Development will also prepare reports on all Association development programs to present to Executive Vice Presidents and other upper management.
