After you’ve submitted your resume for one of our open positions, we’ll use an initial phone conversation and review of your resume to gauge if you’re a good fit for the opening. If so, we’ll schedule an in-person interview.


You will be asked to complete our employment application before coming in to interview with ITS. This will save time in our office so we can focus on you instead of paperwork. Be careful to fill out each field of the application. Please list only professional references from direct supervisors.

Face-to-Face Interview

Next, we will invite you to an in-depth, face-to-face interview at our Raleigh office. We will use the interview time to discuss your education, experience, training and job history, as well as any employment gaps. We will also collect your I-9 form and acceptable forms of identification. This meeting allows us to focus in on your career goals and background to determine how they might fit with one of our clients’ needs.

Job Search

After your recruiter gets more acquainted with you, they’ll begin searching through our pool of companies to find the perfect position for you. Your resume is never shared without your approval.

Interview with Client

Once a client interview is scheduled, your recruiter will help prepare you for your interview by providing information related to the client’s history and the responsibilities of the open position. At ITS, we will coach, guide and mentor you through the interview process.

Follow-Up and Feedback

After your interview with our client, please contact us right away with feedback. We want to know if you are in interested in moving forward to the next step. It’s our goal at ITS to give you a clear, direct, and responsive communication to simplify the hiring process.
