What We Want:
As the Service Manager, you possess at least 5 years of managerial experience in the HVAC industry. Commercial HVAC experience is highly preferred. The ideal Service Manager will have a working knowledge of an HVAC dispatching software.
What You’ll Do:
As the Service Manager, you will oversee field service technicians in an effective and professional manner. The Service Manager will direct the day-to-day operations of the service department, including scheduling service calls and preventative maintenance, preparing service tickets for billing, and managing customer relations. The Service Manager will also be responsible for answering after-hour service calls and dispatching technicians.
