Local Triangle non-profit seeks experienced administrative candidate with extraordinary QuickBooks skills to initially cover a maternity leave. Opportunity to go permanent!

What We Want:

As Operations Assistant, you are a self-starter with strong administrative support experience.  Experience with QuickBooks and data entry will really set you apart. As the Operations Assistant, you are especially proficient with MS-Excel. You will be dedicated to our client’s mission and enjoy the challenges of the non-profit industry!

What You’ll Do:

As Operations Assistant, you will primarily provide QuickBooks and administrative support while our current Manager is off for maternity leave. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will be responsible for all updating and data-entry for the company in QuickBooks. The Operations Assistant will also demonstrate the flexibility to take on additional tasks as assigned.
