What We Want:
As the Operations Administrative Assistant, you are detail-oriented, organized, and maintain a high degree of ethics and confidentiality. You have approximately 5 years of experience as an administrative professional. Possession of a bachelor’s degree is preferred. As the Operations Administrative Assistant, you are comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Adobe products.
What You’ll Do:
As the Operations Administrative Assistant, you will exercise initiative to assist the Business Operations team and provide support, database organization, and membership management. The Operations Administrative Assistant will also assist with Accounts Receivables and basic accounting duties.
