What We Want:

The ideal Legal Assistant will possess outstanding organization and time management skills while demonstrating a high level of technical proficiency. The Legal Assistant has at least 3 years’ experience in a law firm. Experience in corporate and transactional law is preferred.

What You’ll Do:

As the Legal Assistant, you will assistant attorneys with time entry, client billing, travel accommodations, expense reimbursements, and dictation transcription. The Legal Assistant will be comfortable navigating the NC Secretary of State website and utilizing Adobe PDF Converter. You will also prepare closing binders and other documents at the direction of the attorneys and paralegals.
