As the HR Assistant, you have at least 1 year of human resources management experience in a professional services setting, preferably a law firm. The ideal HR Assistant is a confidential and polished professional with a degree. The HR Assistant is an individual that enjoys supporting upper management and employees.
What You’ll Do:
As the HR Assistant, you will perform administrative tasks to support the Human Resources department. The HR Assistant will handle employee questions and escalate to senior-level HR staff as needed. Assisting with new hire orientation, monitoring timecard entries, and planning HR-related events are a few of the HR Assistant’s major responsibilities.
