Human Resources Manager with Law Firm Experience – Direct Hire

What We Want:

As the HR Manager, you have at least 5 years of human resources management experience in a professional services setting, preferably a law firm. The ideal HR Manager is trustworthy, personable, caring, and confidential. You are proficient with Document Management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Performance Management applications. Possession of a professional HR certification is a plus!

What You’ll Do:

As the HR Manager, you will be the face of the firm. You will update employee handbooks, implement policies, and keep up with labor laws and regulations. The HR Manager will have a hand in interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and terminations. The HR Manager will also manage third party vendors, recruitment efforts, and company event planning.
