Direct-hire opportunity to become an on-site Facilities Manager for a leading commercial property management firm in the Triangle!

What We Want:

As Facilities Manager, you are a confident, take-charge professional.  You have strong commercial facilities management experience including previous supervisory experience.  You are a team player with a positive attitude and a preferred bachelor’s degree!  As the Facilities Manager, you understand maintenance and safety procedures and are well-versed in building automation systems!  You will have previous experience monitoring fire and safety systems, as well as computer room air-conditioning units. The Facilities Manager should be familiar with Yardi Voyager, MRI and Corrigo.

What You’ll Do:

As Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations and directly supervise on-site engineers.  You will be a liaison between the property and tenants. You will maintain the work order system and coordinate all onsite inspections.  The Facilities Manager will be the point-of-contact for all vendors and will be responsible for service agreement review and negotiation.  You will develop annual budgets and report on monthly/annual variance analysis.
