The ideal Commercial Property Manager will have commercial property management experience and be proficient in property management software.
What You’ll Do:
As the Commercial Property Manager, your main responsibilities will include overseeing onsite leasing and maintenance work orders, responding promptly to tenant requests, managing capital improvement projects, and generating monthly owner reports for your assigned portfolio. You will also assist with budgeting and invoice coding.
