What We Want:

As the Assistant Property Manager, you possess at least 2 to 5 years of experience in commercial property management. Your communication and customer service skills are top notch! The Assistant Property Manager will have excellent time management skills, along with knowledge of general financial principles. As the Assistant Property Manager, you will be a self-starter who can work independently and with minimal oversight. The Assistant Property Manager will also have exceptional problem-solving skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will have strong proficiency with MS Excel and Teams, and experience with Building Engines, RealPage, and AvidXchange will set you apart!

What You’ll Do:

As the Assistant Property Manager, your responsibilities will include managing a high-rise property alongside the Property Manager, assisting and resolving tenant inquiries, arranging and supervising contractors, preparing reports, and completing general administrative tasks. Additionally, the Assistant Property Manager will provide superb communication with tenants and vendors. The Assistant Property Manager will also supervise service contractors.
