What We Want:
As the AP Coordinator, you are a professional multi-tasker with strong communication skills and a knack for mathematics. You have previous experience in the residential construction industry in a high-volume accounts payable environment. Familiarity with Sage or Timberline software will set you apart!
What You’ll Do:
As the AP Coordinator, you will work alongside the Accounts Payable team to manage a high volume of invoices. The AP Coordinator will be responsible for coding, batching, and preparing invoices for approval. You will research and reconcile any invoice discrepancies and send weekly follow-up emails to vendors regarding outstanding issues.
