What We Want:
As the Administrative Associate, you have at least 3 years of administrative support experience and are comfortable with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. You are an ambitious, adaptable, and accommodating individual who thrives in a team setting. An associate’s degree and familiarity with Adobe Acrobat will set your resume apart from the others.
What You’ll Do:
As the Administrative Associate, you will assist the Director by drafting and editing documents, performing clerical functions, and preparing training event materials. You will also update website information and coordinate emails. Additionally, the Administrative Associate will provide general support to all staff members as needed.
