As the Administrative Assistant, you are a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual who enjoys organization and supporting others. You possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and Adobe. You are tech-savvy and have some construction industry experience.
What You’ll Do:
As the Administrative Assistant, you will work in an office setting to support construction project functions. You will assist the team with administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and filling out forms. The Administrative Assistant will also sort and distribute interoffice mail, place follow-up calls with subcontractors, and update the subcontractor address book.
