We have a new, exciting Direct Hire opportunity to work as an AP/Office Manager for a specialty contracting company located in the Triangle!

What We Want:
As the AP/Office Manager, you are an analytical problem-solver with previous construction industry experience. The ideal AP/Office Manager is a self-proclaimed multitasker with a strong attention to detail. Proficiency with MS Office Suite, QuickBooks, and job costing is strongly preferred.
What You’ll Do:
As the AP/Office Manager, you will manage all activities in the accounts payable function. The AP/Office Manager will code and batch invoices, process payments and purchase orders, and perform job cost analysis. A small part of your duties will include clerical tasks, such as arranging conference calls, filing documents, and scheduling meetings as needed.
