What We Want:

As the AP Coordinator, you are an energetic team player with excellent analytical skills. Attention to detail is your superpower. We are seeking someone with previous accounts payable experience, preferably in the construction industry. Knowledge of Sage accounting software and a bachelor’s or associate degree will set you apart.

What You’ll Do:

As the AP Coordinator, you will act as the accounts payable guru by supporting the accounting department with processing invoices, researching vendor statements, assisting in month- and year-end closing, and resolving any invoice discrepancies.
