Most importantly, as the Administrative Coordinator, you have a strong proficiency with MS-Office Suite. You are a team player with a positive attitude who loves to multi-task. You will bring a strong understanding of social media and marketing. Adobe InDesign experience is a plus!

What You’ll Do:

As the Administrative Coordinator, you will primarily provide research and administrative support for 3-5 members of upper management. You will maintain the prospect database, run regular reports, conduct property searches, create tour packages, and prepare and proofread client contracts. The Administrative Coordinator will interact directly with clients.  You will also assist in producing marketing materials and tracking billing and invoicing.
