What We Want:

As the Paralegal, you are incredibly detail-oriented and polished. You possess a bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years of relevant paralegal experience. A paralegal certification from an ABA-approved program is ideal. We are seeking a Paralegal who thrives on managing multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.

What You’ll Do:

As the Corporate Paralegal, you will assist in handling regulatory filings and corporate governance matters. The Paralegal will coordinate with internal and external parties for mergers, acquisitions, and general corporate transactions. As the Paralegal, you have a strong knowledge of SEC and corporate governance regulations and enjoy managing a high-volume caseload.
