What We Want:
As the Accounting Administrator, you are an educated administrative professional with at least 5 years’ experience in the real estate/property management industry. The ideal Accounting Administrator is detail-oriented, tech savvy, and a good communicator. You thrive in a face-paced environment handling multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Access, SharePoint, or OneDrive will set you apart from other applicants!
What You’ll Do:
As the Accounting Administrator, you will work closely with the accounting and lease administration departments. The Accounting Administrator will be responsible for tracking the receipt and payment of all residential and commercial property tax bills across multiple taxing authorities and jurisdictions. You will also be responsible for the coordination and submission of all compliance reporting requirements. Annually, you will ensure federal and state tax returns are received and processed.
