As the Administrative Coordinator, you are a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual who enjoys organization and supporting others. You possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and Adobe. You are tech-savvy and have some construction industry experience.
What You’ll Do:
As the Administrative Coordinator, you will work in an office setting to support construction project functions. You will assist estimators with administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and filling out forms. The Administrative Coordinator will also sort and distribute interoffice mail, place follow-up calls with subcontractors, and update the subcontractor address book.
