As the Legal Administrative Assistant, you are an extremely polished and motivated individual with at least 2 years of administrative experience in a professional service industry. You can handle sensitive information with a high degree of discretion and professionalism. The Legal Administrative Assistant has a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and can easily learn new software. What You’ll Do:

As the Legal Administrative Assistant, you will support attorneys with tasks such as calendaring, document management, and office projects. The Legal Administrative Assistant will prepare, proof, and revise legal documents in accordance with firm standards. Additional duties will include greeting visitors, drafting correspondence, and booking attorney travel arrangements.
