What We Want:
As the Litigation Legal Assistant, you are extremely polished, professional, and reliable with a confident attitude! You possess at least 3 years of previous litigation legal experience in North Carolina. You have previously worked with document management systems and are well-versed with Microsoft Office Suite. While not required, construction litigation experience is highly preferred.
What You’ll Do:
As the Litigation Legal Assistant, you will provide legal administrative support to one attorney. The Litigation Legal Assistant’s duties will include calendaring, coordinating meetings and conference calls, preparing notebooks and exhibits, and formatting and editing documents. The Litigation Legal Assistant must have a knowledge of e-filing with state and federal courts.
