What We Want:
As the Commercial Building Technician, you possess at least 3 years of commercial real estate maintenance experience. Your knowledge spans across building systems such as fire/safety, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. You enjoy working with a team, as well as independently. You are organized and excel in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
As the Commercial Building Technician, you will conduct daily walk-throughs of your properties, checking for items in need of repair. You will manage work orders, schedule and supervise vendors, and troubleshoot mechanical issues. In addition to these responsibilities, the Commercial Building Technician will also maintain a professional relationship with tenants.
