What We Want:

As the Scheduling Coordinator, you are highly dependable and organized with previous scheduling and/or dispatching experience. Construction or HVAC industry experience is ideal. The Scheduling Coordinator must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

What You’ll Do:

As the Scheduling Coordinator, you will ensure the office is running smoothly. The Scheduling Coordinator will communicate with technicians and customers, order parts needed for repairs, and ensure services are completed accurately and efficiently.
