What We Want:
As the Property Administrator, you will have at least 3 years of administrative support and commercial property management experience. As the Property Administrator, you possess excellent time management and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, MRI, Yardi, and Adobe products are preferred. You are a polished professional who has exceptional communication skills and can multitask in a busy environment.
What You’ll Do:
As the Property Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the Property Management team, such as running reports, preparing reminder and rent letters, and completing invoices. You will also gather and track tenant and vendor COIs, and assist Property Managers with budget preparation. Additionally, the Property Administrator will answer phones, copy and file, and proofread correspondence.
