What We Want:

As a Customer Service Specialist, you have 1-2 years of experience in a credit union or bank setting, and you are proficient in Microsoft Office. As a Customer Service Specialist, you have ample cash handling experience and multi-tasking comes naturally to you! You have strong customer-facing experience and you’re comfortable handling inbound calls. As a Customer Service Specialist, you are tech-savvy, have excellent attention to detail, and your communication skills set you apart from the rest! Experience in lending at a credit union or bank and notary certifications are a plus!

What You’ll Do:

As a Customer Service Specialist, your responsibilities will include aiding new clients with onboarding, handling client requests, and processing various types of transactions, all while maintaining the utmost sense of confidentiality. Additionally, the Customer Service Specialist will handle high-volume inbound calls, provide client account information, and reconcile cash drawers with a high level of accuracy and efficiency. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will act as the face of the company, providing superb customer service while being extremely knowledgeable about the services offered by the company.
