Hello, ITS Community!

Summer brought plenty of energy to the ITS office! As the weeks passed by, we navigated internal shifts, hot summer days, and all the usual busyness that comes with the season. But between the busy days and changing routines, we also made plenty of memories along the way.

From everyday moments in the office to exciting changes behind the scenes, this summer gave us plenty to look back on and smile about. We’re grateful for a season filled with growth, connection, and continued partnership with our amazing clients, candidates, and community.

Office Highlights and Team Moments

Summer gave us plenty of reasons to celebrate around the ITS office!

This season was filled with big milestones, new faces, and plenty of memories made both in and outside of the office. We celebrated Zyra’s 3-year anniversary with ITS, welcomed Tracy and Katelyn to the team, and celebrated Sara and Kevin as they welcomed their newest little one, Elliot, into the world. Congratulations to our team!

Our team also made the most of the summer months in their own ways. Ashley spent time at the beach and played pickleball with her family, while Zyra traveled to New York City, Rhode Island, and Maine to spend time with her boyfriend and family. Kevin enjoyed quality time with his grandkids at Durham Bulls games and splash pads, and Wendy headed to Nashville to write music with friends, perform, and spend time with people who inspire her, all while squeezing in plenty of fur-baby cuddles along the way.

We also welcomed Tracy, who joined us from South Africa and has been getting to know her new home here in Raleigh, and Katelyn, who spent her summer watching movies, drawing, and getting ready for a drawing class she’s excited to start.

Through the busy days, the humidity, the travel, and all the little moments in between, our team really took summer by the horns. We’re grateful for the memories we’ve made, the milestones we’ve celebrated, and most of all, the people who make ITS such a special place to be.

As summer comes to a close and we begin looking toward a new season, it’s a good reminder that transitions can be an opportunity to pause, reassess, and prepare for what’s next.
