Hello, ITS Community!

The month of May was a great one for the ITS team! As the weather started warming up, some of us found ourselves battling allergies and pollen while others began preparing for the return of mosquito season… not exactly our favorite spring tradition.

Between celebrations, milestones, and exciting moments behind the scenes, May gave us plenty to smile about. We’re grateful for another month of growth, connection, and continued partnership with our amazing clients, candidates, and community.

Office Highlights and Team Moments

May gave us plenty of reasons to celebrate around the ITS office!

This month, we celebrated Kevin’s birthday along with Wendy’s ITS work anniversary. To celebrate, the team gathered together in the office for a lunch from Sassool and, of course, a delicious lemon bundt cake to top it all off. It’s always special to slow down and celebrate the people who make ITS what it is every day.

Let’s also take a moment to celebrate our Employee of the Month, Rachel!

Rachel has already made such a meaningful impact in her role, and we are incredibly proud to have been part of her journey in finding her current position. Seeing her thrive is exactly what ITS is all about—connecting great people with great opportunities and watching them succeed.

We also took time to honor all of the amazing moms of ITS for Mother’s Day!

As spring continues around the Triangle, we’ve been enjoying the longer days, warmer weather, and the energy that comes with a busy season of growth and new opportunities across the area.

At ITS, we love being part of a community that’s constantly growing, innovating, and creating opportunities—and we’re grateful to continue growing right alongside it.

At ITS, we’re always looking ahead while staying grounded in what matters most, people.

This month reminded us that as the days get longer and schedules get busier, there is still space to show up as your best self without stretching yourself too thin. Growth is important, but so is balance. Whether it’s in the workplace, at home, or within our community, we’ve been reminded that taking care of ourselves and each other matters just as much as reaching the next milestone.
