March came and went in the blink of an eye, and what a month it was! From exciting milestones to meaningful moments behind the scenes, our team has been busy making magic happen. We’re so grateful to have our incredible clients, candidates, and community alongside us as we continue to grow and evolve.

Office Highlights and Team Moments
March brought us plenty of reasons to celebrate, big and small!
We kicked things off with a festive St. Patrick’s Day, filling the office with green, good energy, and just the right amount of Irish luck!
Even more exciting… we proudly celebrated 23 years of Innovative Talent Solutions! From humble beginnings to the thriving, people-first recruiting firm we are today, this milestone is a testament to the relationships we’ve built and the trust our clients and candidates place in us every day. We truly couldn’t have done it without you.
We also had some meaningful personal and team wins:
- Serena took home a $200 gift card after winning our Wellness Challenge, talk about dedication!
- Kevin celebrated the 1-year anniversary of his kidney transplant, a powerful and inspiring milestone we are so honored to recognize with him.
And to top it all off…
Our brand-new ITS website officially launched! A fresh space designed to better serve our clients, candidates, and community—we can’t wait for you to explore it.
Going forward, ITS will recognize all internal birthdays and work anniversaries on the second Tuesday of each month. We are also proud to share that Serena sends birthday cards monthly to our temporary employees and direct hires, ensuring those milestones never go unnoticed.
