What We Want:
As the Project Coordinator, you have a minimum of 3 years Commercial Construction experience assisting with AIA billing, accounts payable, and project accounting support of a successful commercial construction firm. You will possess an associate’s degree and experience supporting senior management and project managers.
What You’ll Do:
As the Project Coordinator, you will report to the Controller assisting with month-end tasks, reconciliations, handling contractor billing, track project costs, and assist with accounts payable. You will assist project managers will project status updates, assure accurate vendor documentation. communicate with subcontractors and manage processing of necessary expense documentation.
