What We Want:
As the Procurement Coordinator, you have a proven track record support a company’s sales efforts. You are a strong, organized multi-tasker skilled in prioritizing tasks. The Procurement Coordinator has broad construction industry purchasing experience and possess exceptional MS-Excel and Word skills. The ability to communicate with third party vendors, as well as internal staff is a must.
What You’ll Do:
As the Procurement Coordinator you will provide logistical support for the Sales department. You will price, order, and schedule the delivery of all goods to our subcontractors. The Procurement Coordinator is responsible for accurately processing all change orders in a timely manner. Your main goal is to ensure delivery within the current billing cycle.
