What We Want:
As the HR Manager, you are a polished and welcoming professional with a bachelor’s degree. You possess at least 5 years of human resources experience. The ideal HR Manager has a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and previous supervisory experience.
What You’ll Do:
As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing the functions of the HR department. You will oversee the hiring and onboarding process. You will also be responsible for performance reviews and disciplinary actions. The HR Manager will maintain OSHA compliance and Worker’s Compensation documentation. The HR Manager will also manage benefits and the enrollment process.
