What We Want:
As the Help Desk Technician, you are a dedicated customer service professional with at least 2 years of help desk experience. The ideal Help Desk Technician will have at least an associate’s degree and certifications, such as CompTIA, network+, a+, or security+. Experience with Active Directory and ticketing systems are a must.
What You’ll Do:
As the Help Desk Technician, you will provide support for local and remote users for PC, server, telecommunication, network and mainframe applications, software, and hardware issues. You will maintain antivirus testing, assist with asset management of computer equipment, and set up new equipment. The Help Desk Technician will have a hand in any new software or hardware implementations.
