What We Want:
As the Facilities Coordinator, you have previous real estate or commercial property management industry experience. You are an organized and detail-oriented individual with an understanding of facility management. Knowledge of MS Office Suite and any property management software (Yardi, MRI, Corrigo, etc.) is preferred. Experience with commercial property management is a must.
What You’ll Do:
As the Facilities Coordinator, you will oversee the maintenance and contract management of a Class-A commercial office building. You will be involved in the day-to-day operations of the property, including coordinating and managing vendors, setting up conference rooms, answering tenant inquiries, and assisting with the preparation of annual budgets.
