What We Want:
As the EDI Specialist, you are a highly analytical individual with at least 3 years of experience supporting operations, implementations, or integrations related to EDI. Experience with EDI platforms, such as GHX, SPS Commerce, IBM Sterling, Vizient, etc. is a requirement. Experience with SAP or Salesforce is highly preferred.
What You’ll Do:
As the EDI Specialist, you will be responsible for the maintenance, monitoring, and support of EDI transactions and integrations between the company and its customers. This position encompasses EDI operations and support, trading partner management, EDI development and integration, and continuous process improvements. A main function of this role involves performing root cause analysis of recurring EDI issues and implementing corrective actions.
