A recent promotion has created an urgent need for a Commercial Building Engineer for a leading commercial property management firm in the Triangle!

As the Building Engineer, you understand maintenance and safety procedures, preferably in the commercial property industry! You are a team player with a positive attitude. The Building Engineer should be familiar with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
What You’ll Do:
As the Commercial Building Engineer, you will work directly to support the Chief Building Engineer and commercial tenants. You will maintain preventive maintenance schedules, prioritize tenant requests, ensure the building and grounds are pristine, and participate in the rotating on-call program with the other engineers. The Building Engineer will be responsible for general electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance and vendor management. You will also participate in weekly and monthly systems testing at multiple locations.
