What We Want:
As the Chief Building Engineer, you are a dedicated commercial property professional. You possess excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills. The Chief Building Engineer has a working knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems in commercial buildings. Experience with building automation systems is a plus.
What You’ll Do:
As the Chief Building Engineer, you will provide world-class support and services to the tenants of a commercial building in the RTP area. The Chief Building Engineer will oversee all maintenance-related functions of the property and develop preventative maintenance programs for facility equipment. The Chief Building Engineer will also be responsible for overseeing vendor management and directing one building engineer.
