What We Want:
As the Billing Specialist, you possess at least 2 years of accounts receivable experience in the construction industry. You are patient, detail-oriented, and enjoy multitasking. The Billing Specialist will also have an in-depth knowledge of AIA billing and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
What You’ll Do:
As the Billing Specialist, you will manage all aspects of billing jobs. You will meet monthly billing deadlines, maintain orderly filing systems, work with customers and vendors for necessary documentation, and make collection calls as needed. The Billing Specialist must have experience with pay applications, lien waivers, and certificates of insurance.
