As an Administrative Coordinator, you have a bachelor’s degree, strong knowledge of Excel, QuickBooks, and Zipform. You are a polished professional who has exceptional communication skills and can multitask in a busy environment. Additionally, you are familiar with Property Management processes and have experience in commercial property management.


What You’ll Do:

As the Administrative Coordinator, you will coordinate and schedule appointments and tenant move-ins and move-outs. Additionally, the Administrative Coordinator will generate listing and lease agreements, oversee the website and update marketing materials.
