Spanish. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in administrative or receptionist roles and
possess strong Microsoft Office proficiency. While not required, construction industry experience and an
NC Notary certification are highly desirable and will distinguish top applicants.
What You’ll Do:
As the Bilingual Administrative Assistant, your role is essential to the daily success of the office. You will
be responsible for managing communications via phone and email, welcoming visitors, coordinating
schedules, and facilitating the onboarding process for our newest team members.
