What We Want:

As the A/R Specialist, you will be able to multi-task, have a go-getter attitude, and experience supporting AR/AP. As the A/R Specialist, you will possess strong knowledge of accounting software (prefer QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

What You’ll Do:

As the A/R Specialist, you’ll enjoy a wide variety of duties, including invoicing, creating and delivering monthly client statements, providing cash application, monitoring of accounts, and managing all related data entry, In addition, the A/R Specialist will reconcile A/R activity, make past due calls to clients, and establish client payment plans. Finally, the A/R Specialist will help where needed during monthly close activity.
