The Innovative Talent Solutions Recruiting Process

Screening

At ITS, we believe that the quality of any staffing service is measured through the professionalism and performance of its candidates, so we have a rigorous screening process. First, we measure the amount of responsibility that candidates take in their professional appearance, work experience, field knowledge, as well their energy level, personality, and attitude. This is done through an initial phone consultation, virtual interview, computer skill evaluation, and by confirming work employment eligibility (I-9) and verifying any references, degrees and certifications. ITS also offers criminal background checks, drug screenings, and credit reports at their cost to you, with absolutely no profit added on.

Interviewing

Our interview process is thorough and detailed, helping us understand each candidate’s background, career goals and objectives. Two ITS professionals interview all candidates virtually from our Raleigh, NC office.

Testing

By using SHL Assess we have access to over 1400+ online validated assessments for clerical, software, legal, accounting, financial skills and more. With this resource, we can assess if a candidate is capable of fulfilling all of your specific job duties.
