What We Want:
As the Trusts and Estates Paralegal, you are seeking your “forever” opportunity! You must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience with estate administration in a law firm setting. The ideal Trusts and Estates Paralegal will possess a bachelor’s degree and a paralegal certification from an ABA-approved program. An active NC notary certification will put you ahead of the rest.
What You’ll Do:
As the Trusts and Estates Paralegal, you will review wills, trusts, county records, and other related documents. As the Trusts and Estates Paralegal, you will prepare and file probate forms, administer estates, and enter time entries. Additionally, you will perform client intake interviews and draft petitions.
