What We Want:
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you have your bachelor’s include a degree in Human Resources, or a related field and previous experience in agency recruiting (preferably in manufacturing). You excel in a cross-cultural, global environment. The Talent Acquisition Specialist possesses strong written and verbal communications skills and analytical and problem-solving skills. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will have certification as a SHRM-CP and/or PHR and enjoy social media branding. Experience with Workday will set you apart!
What You’ll Do:
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will implement best recruiting practices to hire qualified candidates quickly and spearhead the company’s employment social media branding. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work globally with hiring managers to create detailed and accurate job descriptions and drive the recruiting process for office and manufacturing positions. You will conduct phone and in-person interviews, and act as company employment brand ambassador. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also manage the HRIS Recruiting module and provide training and assistance as required.
