What We Want:
As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you have your bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field, and at least 7 years of recruiting experience (preferably in manufacturing). You have advanced expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems and strong social media skills. The Talent Acquisition Manager will excel in a global team environment and demonstrate exceptional written and oral communications skills. Additionally, you are familiar with Microsoft Office products, UltiPro, and Workday.
What You’ll Do:
As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will manage all aspects of recruitment while managing a team of two. You will develop strategies to source first class talent and fill lasting placements. The Talent Acquisition Manager will work with leadership to develop and refine recruitment plans and manage full-cycle technical and manufacturing recruitment efforts supporting HR personnel throughout the company.
