What You’ll Do:
As the Senior Property Manager, you will have approximately 7 years of experience in commercial Real Estate Management. The Senior Property Manager will prepare property budgets, oversee day-to-day functions, and negotiate contracts. The Senior Property Manager will handle tenant and owner communication, collection of rents, property inspections, and prepare monthly operating reports.
