What We Want:
As Senior HR Generalist, you have previous HR Generalist and/or Coordinator experience. As Senior HR Generalist, you have touched on all aspects of Human Resources. You have a bachelor’s degree and have strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. You will attract strong attention with experience with ADP Workforce.
What You’ll Do:
As Senior HR Generalist, you will be responsible for employee relations. You will have experience assisting with employee grievances, exit interviews, and terminations. You will track applicants, onboard new hires, and assist with orientations. As Senior HR Generalist, you be responsible for conducting performance reviews and benefit administration. In addition, you will take an active role in the planning and coordination of company events.
