Immediate opportunity to work as a Schedule Coordinator for a local Property Management company!

What We Want:
You have at least 3 years of administrative support experience in the property management, construction, plumbing, or HVAC industry. You are a professional who is detailed-orientated, organized, and a team-player! In addition, you are comfortable using QuickBooks and you can multi-task while being able to effectively prioritize.
What You’ll Do:
As the Schedule Coordinator, you are the point of contact for technicians. You will enter and schedule work orders with technicians and vendors, request estimates, and review invoices. In addition, you will assist additional administrative duties as needed.
