As the Property Manager, you possess at least 3 to 5 years of work history as a community, property, or assistant manager, and you can provide top notch customer service! The Property Manager will also be an experienced supervisor who can multitask and work independently. As the Property Manager, you will be able to adapt quickly and easily to change, and have excellent communication skills. The Property Manager will also be experienced in preparing and adhering to the income and expense budgets.
What You’ll Do:
As the Property Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing onsite leasing and maintenance personnel, preparing and working within the income and expense budgets, and providing tours to prospective residents. Additionally, the Property Manager will respond to inquiries and negotiate vendor contracts. The Property Manager will collect rental fees and follow up on delinquent payments.
