What We Want:
As the Project Accountant, you have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business, a go-getter attitude and some experience in the real estate or construction industry. You have meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills while multi-tasking and maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. The perfect Project Accountant will have experience using JD Edwards.
What You’ll Do:
As the Project Accountant, you will ensure the accuracy of all financial data and will maintain and prepare reports for projects and investors. The Property Accountant will prepare and review monthly and quarterly operating reports, review and analyze the general ledger to ensure records are kept in compliance with GAAP. In addition, the Project Accountant will examine budgets, assist in due diligence, and will coordinate audits among other duties.
